How long does shipping take?
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. International orders typically ship within 10–12 business days. During sales/promotions, processing and shipping may take 10–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers may incur customs/import fees based on their country’s policies. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders may arrive in flat rate envelopes, shipping paks, or medium boxes.
Will my package require a signature?
Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Aureá Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once signed for and marked delivered. Please inspect your package before signing.
When should I refuse my package?
Refuse delivery if your package appears tampered with, opened, damaged, or if your flat rate envelope is evenly flat.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Why was my order not accepted/confirmed?
We only ship to confirmed billing/shipping addresses. Your shipping address must match the billing address connected to your payment method.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Do you allow exchanges?
Exchanges may be approved at management’s discretion only. You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
What are the exchange requirements?
Hair must be unused, unaltered, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Is there an exchange fee?
Yes. Approved exchanges incur a $20 restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to Aureá Beauty, we will contact you for reshipment. Customers must pay the reshipping fee. No refunds will be issued.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Our premium raw hair can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend using a licensed stylist.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, Aureá Beauty hair can last 1+ years or multiple installs.
How many bundles do I need?
12"–16": 2–3 bundles
18"–24": 3–4 bundles
26"+: 4+ bundles recommended for fuller looks.
How should I care for my extensions?
To keep your Aureá Beauty extensions looking flawless and lasting longer:
Hydrate Daily – Mist with water and apply leave-in conditioner.
Cleanse Gently – Shampoo 1–2 times per week and condition after each wash.
Deep Condition Weekly – Let conditioner sit for 15–30 minutes.
Detangle Carefully – Only detangle while wet, starting from the ends upward.
Protect at Night – Wrap hair in satin/silk or sleep on a satin pillowcase.
Refresh Curls – Use curl cream or mousse and scrunch to redefine texture.
Limit Heat – Use heat sparingly to maintain hair quality.
